Out Law Guns, Cause They're Evil! Besides it's too darn hard to make armed people subservient

Some politicians are trying their best to get more gun control and I think that there may be a small chance they have an ulterior motive.  Just thinking out loud sorta you know, expressing my opinions.

  China had to disarm its people to gain complete control over the population.  It worked pretty good for them.  If you're the only one standing with a loaded gun, I don't care if your a little 9yr old girl; you are now promoted to a very large and powerful position if you're not afraid to use that gun.  When you have the sole power to end someone's life or the life of one of their family members you pretty well got them by the balls.  You can tell anyone to do anything and if they don't obey you; you just shoot them like a disobedient old dog.  Sound anything like Tienanmen Square back in 1989?  People are a lot easier to control when they can't defend themselves or create resistance.  You could just open fire on a crowd of people and get rid of any bad apples real quick.  Why you could kill all of them if you had all the guns.

You could even rewrite the history books to your liking.  Starting to sound more like Tienanmen Square today.  There's no mention of it any of the Chinese history books today.  I guess that means the massacre of 2500 college students in 1989 must have never happened.  How convenient it would be; to be the government and to have that much control. Why you'd be the master of your own universe.

You know it worked pretty good for Hitler also?  What a coincidence. 

Unfortunately for our politicians, Americans have lived their lives free and know what human rights and freedoms are.  I should say most do and if our guns were taken away, and our corrupt government tried the kind of crap that goes on in other countries; many resourceful Americans would rise up.  They would not go quietly, they would kick scream, bite and spit till the end. Hypothetically of course.

And even if they did actually pass gun control before they were accidentally burned to death in their own homes or involved in a terrible car accident or even accidentally poisoned in a restaurant somewhere.  Americans have an unlimited supply of weapons that can reach out and touch somebody from a long ways out.  We have Argon Lasers, Carbon Dioxide Lasers, LED high powered Lasers, Air Guns, not to mention methods of electrocuting, and home made explosives, then there is always the roads and bridges that our fearless leaders travel on.  Americans are resourceful if we don't have something we build it ourselves or we just find a way to do the same thing another way.

Now I'm not saying anybody should or that I would ever attack anyone who passed laws to take away the means common Americans have for centuries protected their loved ones and themselves and their property.  No, I don't condone violence.  I'm just hypothesizing how things might happen if Americans woke up one morning and decided enough was enough, and they wanted real change.
